Cancellation Policy

Any deposit(s) paid are non-refundable.

The following cancellation charges apply: £10.00 administration fee. If you need to cancel your booking and the room(s) are unable to be re-booked: 100% of total stay within 7 days of arrival, 50% of total stay within 14 days. This charge applies to each and every room booked. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a confirmed booking constitutes a binding contract.

For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend UK holiday/travel insurance. Guests are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
